What to expect

When you reach out through our contact form or voicemail, our incredible assistant Taylor, will call you back to answer any questions, offer more information and to schedule your intake session.

Our intake sessions are held to help match you with the best therapist for your needs and availability. Our intake specialist will make sure the appropriate documentation is completed, your financial questions have been answered, and that you are scheduled for your next session. Sometimes during the year we will have to keep a running waitlist and will ask our interested clients if they would prefer to wait a couple of weeks to get started or if we can offer contacts to some of our local referrals.

We use a HIPPA compliant online client portal, Simple Practice, to store our important documents, schedule sessions, and manage client billing. This portal also allows us to hold secure online sessions if you find yourself unable to come into the office. Once you have been scheduled for your intake session, you will receive a link for access to your private file.

If you would like to pay for another client’s session, please note that you will need to have them sign a release for us to communicate with you about their billing. We are happy to provide that form to our clients as needed.
